What types of jewellery do you offer? We offer a wide range of jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and and anklets. Our collections cater to a variety of tastes and occasions, featuring both contemporary designs and classic styles.
Tarnish-Free Collection: All our jewellery are crafted from 316L stainless steel. Our gold jewellery are finished with genuine 14K gold PVD plating (vacuum plating). For our rose gold variants, they're infused with a precise amount of copper, giving it its distinctive warm hue.
925 Sterling Silver Collection: Each piece is composed of 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with other metals, typically copper, to enhance durability and strength.

Can I order custom-made jewellery? No. We currently do not offer custom-made jewellery.

How do I determine my ring size? You can use our online Sizing Chart, which provides detailed instructions on how to accurately measure your ring size at home. Alternatively, you can visit any local jeweller to have your finger measured professionally.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through our encrypted payment gateway. Transactions on your bank statements will appear as "SP LWM ONLINE"

How much does delivery cost? We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. We currently do not offer express and international shipping options.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 working days. This may take up to 7-10 days during busier periods and over the holidays.

Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalised items are only returnable if they are faulty. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions. Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery? Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all our jewellery against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or loss of stones. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
